TinyTí – Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team within the eligible time window with their order ID and registered contact details.

We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests that do not meet the above conditions.
