TinyTí – Return & Refund Policy

Overview
We craft with care. If something’s wrong or doesn’t fit, follow the process below.

  1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

    • Request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.

    • Item must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags & packaging intact.

    • Non-returnable: sale/discount items, accessories, toys, hygiene-sensitive items, customised/personalised pieces, gift cards.

  2. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

    • Email contact@tinyti.com with: Order ID, product name, reason for return, and unboxing video (for damaged/incorrect items).

    • We review and confirm eligibility, then schedule pickup via our courier (where serviceable).

  3. Exchanges

    • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If requested size/style is unavailable, we will issue a credit note or refund.

    • Only one-time exchange permitted per order.

  4. Refund Process & Timelines

    • Refunds processed after product passes quality check.

    • Online payments: refunded to original source within 14 business days after approval.

    • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or credit note.

    • Refunds will not be issued if item shows signs of wear/use, missing tags/packaging, or damage after delivery.

  5. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

    • Report within 48 hours with photos + unboxing video.

    • We will verify and arrange replacement or full refund.

  6. Cancellations

    • Cancel within 12 hours of order placement (if not shipped). After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

  7. Shipping Costs for Returns

    • If return is due to TinyTí’s error (wrong/damaged item), we cover pickup charges.

    • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
