At TinyTí, every order is thoughtfully packed and shipped from our studio to your home with the promise of comfort, care, and quality.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  
  

• During launches, sales, or festive periods, processing may take slightly longer as each TinyTí piece is prepared with extra care.
  
  

Shipping Timeline

• Once dispatched, domestic orders within India are typically delivered within 4–7 business days.
  
  

• Remote or non-metro locations may require an additional 2–3 business days.
  
  

• You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
  
  

Shipping Charges

• Online prepaid orders include free delivery. 

• For Cash on Delivery (COD), a convenience fee will be added at checkout.
  
  

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
  
  

• If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or phone number, re-shipping charges will apply.
  
  

Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier delays.
  
  

• While TinyTí is not responsible for courier delays, our team will always assist in tracking and resolving any issues.
